SMS Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 13, 2026
Program name
The CHANGE Program — operated by Progress House Association, 7516 Bridgeport Way, Suite C, Lakewood, WA 98499.
Program description
The CHANGE Program provides reentry support services to previously incarcerated BIPOC men and women. Our SMS notification service is used exclusively for internal staff alerts. When a partner organization submits an urgent support request through our website form, an automated text message is sent to on-call CHANGE Program staff members to notify them of the time-sensitive request. No promotional or marketing messages are sent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the number of urgent partner requests submitted. On average, recipients may receive fewer than 10 messages per month. Messages are only sent when a partner marks a form submission as urgent.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Recipients are responsible for any charges assessed by their mobile carrier for receiving text messages.
