What happens next?
After you’ve sent in the contact form, we’ll contact you by phone and email to schedule a call.
You’ll get a 15-Minute Conversation with a Navigator to see how we can help you.
If you join The CHANGE Program, you’ll start with an Orientation session. After orientation, you’ll be matched to a coach who will help you develop your plan.
Will I be accepted into the program?
The CHANGE Program accepts BIPOC men and women who are in prison, or who have previously been in prison. One of the things we look for is the willingness to work through all the steps of our program. We’ll share them with you in your first call, so you’ll know if it’s a fit for you.
What if I'm not accepted into the program?
How long does The CHANGE Program take?
The length of time depends on your specific goals and challenges. Once you’ve finished The CHANGE Program, you’ll still have access to long term support.
